Free of what? You can never be free from yourself, for you are always trapped within your own personality. So if you are free, it can only be free in a small area of your life.

Even soaring eagles have to give soaring a break and find food to satisfy the needs of their bodies. Maybe they secretly envy the freedom we get by walking like apes and driving like idiots.

Even if you are financially free, you cannot be free of the demands of your body and your heart. Life always finds a way to curtail your apparent freedom. There is always something more we want, somewhere else we have to go or some person whose problems keep bugging us!

Perhaps the only way to be free is to really don't care!
