Lina Perini

Lina Perini is a writer, speaker and gallery owner. She is also a wife, mother and grandmother. She was born in 1947 in a displaced persons camp in Germany and emigrated to Australia at 18 months of age, (her parents fled the communist regime that invaded Estonia).

Her purpose in life is to encourage you to find, acknowledge and express your unique sparkles. We all have them in abundance. “Life is as wonderful as you are prepared to make it. It’s your creation! Self pity is toxic, fear is paralyzing and self-doubt destructive. Find out who you really are. More than ever the world needs you to turn up your light and shine.”

She believes that we are all stars destined to shine in our chosen field. In fact, we are all heroes and heroines, gods and goddesses living epic lives.

Her greatest passions are travel and people.. and her husband Colin! Her words and philosophies are inspired from her own life experiences – it’s joyous times, upsets, frustrations and divine times. She loves common courtesies and manners, “please” and “thank you” go a long way!

Lina simply believes that wherever you go, if you leave your ”Trail of Sparkles” behind then you are always welcome back! “A Trail of Sparkles” is her first published book and is available in the book section from Amazon Books.

Colin Perini

Colin graduated as a Mechanical Engineer at 20 years of age in 1969 from the University of NSW in Sydney. He then worked in the Australian mining industry. After leaving Engineering, he worked as a cartoon portrait artist for 16 years, mainly in Australia but also in Europe and the USA. Next he responded to the challenge of capturing the beauty of the dynamic sea. Colin Perini is now one of the world’s leading seascape artists.

He is a self-taught artist and has developed his unique style by being true to his own heart. He paints all aspects of the ocean, from crashing waves to serene seas. He has received rave reviews from art collectors all over the world and his work hangs in over 25 countries.

Colin is the first to tell you that Lina is the heart of all inspiration for him. She taught him to love and through this love she taught him to see the wonder in natural, honest living and to see that every day is a celebration of life.
